Terms and Conditions of Reservation

Deposit and Payment:

A deposit of €30 is required to confirm your booking. This amount will be deducted from the total to be paid on the day of the activity. The deposit is non-transferable to another booking in case of rescheduling. The payment for the deposit will be initiated once your reservation is made on the calendar. Our team will contact you directly to complete the payment and secure your booking.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

In the event of a no-show at the agreed time, the €30 deposit will not be refunded.Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the start of the tour for the deposit to be refunded. After this deadline, the deposit will be retained.Liability and Safety:We reserve the right to deny access to any individual posing a risk to themselves or other participants.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time for check-in. In case of a delay exceeding 10 minutes, we cannot guarantee the full duration of your tour.
