General Booking Conditions

Deposit and payment

A deposit of €30 is required to confirm your booking. This amount will be deducted from the total due on the day of the activity. The deposit is not transferable to another booking. Our team will contact you directly to finalize payment and confirm your booking.

Cancellation policy

In case of no-show at the agreed time, the €30 deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the tour for the deposit to be refunded. After this deadline, the deposit will be retained.

Liability and safety

We reserve the right to refuse access to anyone presenting a risk to themselves or other participants.

Late arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time for formalities. In case of a delay of more than 10 minutes, we cannot guarantee the full duration of your tour.
